Shipping and Returns
We start processing your order as soon as it comes in. Please double check that you have given us the correct shipping address, and contact us immediately if you need a change.

We usually ship on Wednesdays and Fridays, sometimes more often.
We ship framed prints by Fedex Ground. When your print ships you will be emailed a tracking number.
All other orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service.
When your order ships with the USPS you will get an e-mail with a delivery confirmation number, this is not a tracking number and often does not report any information until after the package has arrived. Expect your package a few days later.
Custom prints and Framed Prints are made custom and take 2-3 weeks to ship. If you need a custom print for a specific date, contact us and we can probably help you out.
If it has been more than 2 weeks and you have not received your order, please check with your post office to see if they have it. If they do not have it, email us at email@example.com and we will figure out what went wrong. We will make sure you receive your order.
We ship to as many countries as we can. And we do our best to make sure everything gets to you a quickly and safely as possible, but we are unable to predict delays. We do not offer any rushed international shipping, so if you have a deadline please contact us before placing your order. Tracking is limited by USPS and customs hold ups are beyond our control. We would like to continue shipping internationally, but do occasionally run into problems or delays beyond our control. We will try to work with you to ensure your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied.
**We do not ship framed prints internationally. Please consult a local framer once your print arrives.**
If you are ordering from outside the United States of America you are responsible for all customs charges, import taxes and any other fees. We are unable to calculate these charges and they are not included in the cost of you purchase. (also, We are unable to mark your order as "Gift" customs forms because that would be fraudulent, please don't ask.)
Returns and Exchanges:
We are happy to work with you on any issues you might have with your order. If you need to return anything for any reason please contact info at explodingdog.com.
We do a good job packaging and your order should arrive undamaged but if it does let us know and we can get a replacement out to you.
