We want you to be comfortable ordering from us and be happy with any order you make, so feel free to contact us with any questions or issues about your order. 

If you are contacting us about an order you already placed, please include your name, the email address you placed the order with, your order number and the shipping address for the order.

Email is the best way to contact us. 

Please note, we only answer email from 9am-5pm EST Monday to Friday. We try to answer all emails as soon as they come in. But it might take us up to 48 hours to get back to you.
