About Ordering
We try to ship out orders the day after they are placed, but sometimes it takes a little longer. You should receive your order in 1-2 weeks.
When your order ships you will get an e-mail with a delivery confirmation number. Please double check the address your package is being shipped to is the correct address.
If it has been more than 2 weeks and you have not received your order, please check with your post office to see if they have it. if they do not have it, email us and we will figure out what went wrong, and make sure you receive your order.

If you are contacting us about an order you already placed, please include your name, the email address you placed the order with, your order number and the shipping address for the order.

Please note, we only answer email from 9am-5pm EST Monday to Friday. We try to answer all emails as soon as they come in. But it might take us up to 48 hours to get back to you.

Returns
We understand your choice of size and/or style may change upon receiving your merchandise. If this is the case, we will exchange your item, but you will pay the additional shipping costs (read more below). We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipping. In rare event you receive damaged goods, please contact us and we will exchange your purchase free of cost. You must notify us of all exchange requests within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, and immediately in the case of damaged goods. Book returns must be unopened.

Return postage must be included. This will be $3.00 for orders in the USA, $10.00 international. Please feel free to inquire about shipping fee before making a payment. All payments must be in U.S. Dollars.
Remember to allow 1-3 weeks for shipping. Most orders ship the next day -- depending on inventory.
Prints and Original Drawings
Prints are shipped rolled for added protection. They are enclosed in an archival envelope and then rolled into a heavy cardboard tube. We recommend removing the print from the tube promptly upon arrival. Limited edition prints can often not be replaced--unless that edition status is not sold out. Postal Insurance is purchased for prints over $100 in value or upon request. Please contact us if you have a problem with the condition of your print. We will make every effort to help you out.
Original drawings are one of a kind drawings and cannot be replaced. They are almost always shipped flat. Please contact us if you have any questions about your original drawing.
A good frame shop should be able to recommend proper materials for further preserving your original drawing.
